Brook Hilton — Founder and President

Brook Hilton served for 25 years in uniform as an Army aviator, including assignments in special operations, joint organizations, and interagency environments. After retiring from military service, he worked in defense technology and helped bring autonomous and AI-enabled capabilities from concept toward operational use.

Brook founded Hilton Defense to bring these perspectives together: the operator’s understanding of the mission, the government’s process for defining and acquiring capability, and the small business’s challenge of getting a useful technology adopted.

Today, Brook works with innovators to assess defense applications, develop operational concepts, engage the right stakeholders, and build practical transition strategies.

How We Work

Hilton Defense combines direct founder involvement with project-specific collaboration. Advisors, researchers, engineers, and industry partners contribute where their expertise fits the work. Affiliations are identified for each engagement; participation in our professional network does not imply employment by Hilton Defense.

Strategic Advisor

Jon Britton serves as an advisor to Hilton Defense. His advisory role is separate from his primary position as president of another company.
