We translate technical features into military use cases, concepts of operation, mission threads, and demonstration objectives. We help innovators frame tests around the questions operators and government stakeholders need answered.

Requirements and Transition Strategy

A successful demonstration is only one step toward fielding. We help identify potential users, requirements owners, program offices, transition partners, and acquisition pathways, then develop a campaign with concrete decisions and milestones.

Government Innovation and Teaming

Hilton Defense develops and supports opportunities involving small businesses, research organizations, industry partners, and government stakeholders. This includes SBIR/STTR planning, prototype concepts, teaming, and transition planning.
